Sunrise Senior Living – Additions & Renovations

Sunrise Senior Living has 31 locations in PA, MD & DE. Wickersham Construction and Engineering, Inc. have completed 38 projects  in 19 locations.  We have been invited back many times due to our ability to work well in existing occupied spaces with minimal disruption to the residents. our high quality craftsmanship, our competitive pricing, good communication skills and our careful planning to maintain a safe work site.

We work regularly on Capital Expansion projects as well as with the Maintenance/Modernization department. These projects range in scope from refreshing an existing bathroom or common area,  a total renovation to a facility wing or a total rebuild of outside porches and balconies.  Often these projects include intricate architectural detailing and finishes to create a high end visual statement to impress future clients and their families.
