Nestled within a repurposed early 20th-century Cocoa Bean warehouse, this unique distillery seamlessly blends history and modernity. Its careful restoration preserves the rustic charm of original wooden beams and columns, creating an elegant backdrop for the dining experience. The space now houses a state-of-the-art kitchen, cozy dining rooms, comfortable amenities, an inviting outdoor dining area, and efficient administrative offices. A highlight is the open distillery area, where patrons can observe the fascinating spirit-making process, adding an educational and interactive element to their visit.
The quality of construction, and the attention to detail was evident from the start of construction through to conclusion. And this quality is a showpiece for the entire Hidden Still Team. Our restaurant remained open for the duration of construction and Wickersham’s performance became an attraction for our patrons. We opened the enclosed patio area and our new offices on schedule.
