Elkton Neighborhood Community Center

Rising tall in the heart of Elkton, MD, the Neighborhood Community Center is a pre-engineered metal building with 18,500 SF of functional space for recreation and learning. The building offers a multi-court gymnasium, four multi-purpose rooms, a catering-friendly kitchen, breakroom for employees, three private offices, an abundance of storage space and a large reception area to welcome the community.

A massive generator was installed behind the building and is sized to keep all systems functioning, making this building a shelter option in the event of an emergency. Wickersham Construction was the Construction Manager on this design/build project for the town of Elkton. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing town on a project that they are very proud to bring to the community.
