Cartoon Network Hotel

The Cartoon Network Hotel was a very unique and exciting project that we are proud to include in our portfolio. The project included a massive renovation of 4 motel buildings, one hotel building, the pool house, exterior pool, courtyard, sidewalks, parking and landscaping. We were able to overcome many challenges during the revamp of the existing 1950s hotel and the final product proved to be the most unique hotel in Lancaster county. We collaborated with the Owner and their design team and brought this project to life with our Architect and construction team.

The new and improved high-tech, cartoon-themed hotel includes 155 standard guest rooms and four 2-bedroom suites. The hotel building was overhaulled, creating a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and restaurant, café & bar, retail space, arcade, virtual reality rooms and kids play area.

The courtyard and existing pool were overhauled and demolished. The space was revamped with a new 2400 SF zero-entry resort pool with sun shelf, handicap accessible spa, resort style gutter system, waterslide and new concession stand. A multi-feature cartoon-themed splashpad with all new exterior lighting and outdoor speakers completes the guest experience.
