As progress continues on the new Darlington Branch of the Harford County Public Library, we were very excited to provide a tour to some very special visitors from Harford County and the Darlington Library.
We toured the beginnings of the new trail that will connect the library to the nearby Grove and Agricultural Center. We then toured inside the building to see the private reading rooms, main library area with open floor plan, restrooms, employee kitchen, IT closet, employee lockers, maintenance room and more.
After touring the inside of the library, we moved to the exterior to see the new outdoor fireplace and future lounge area. We grabbed some photo-ops by the fireplace and the front of the building, which showcases the beautiful heavy timber framing and aluminum storefront.
We are incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to be the General Contractor on this project that will serve the Harford County community for many years to come. Stay tuned for the grand opening this fall!
