We are pleased to work with PPL Electric Utilities on their comprehensive renovation project of their Lancaster Service Center. The 48,000 SF interior renovation includes all new finishes, casework & micro store, roofing, mechanical electrical and data upgrades, solar hot water system, plumbing and fire alarm system!
Exterior renovations include a new loading dock and canopy, new main entrance vestibule and canopy, site lighting, concrete sidewalks & steps and new overhead doors.
The 5-phase project allows employees to continue working safely in segments of the facility during construction. We are very grateful to work with such a great construction team at PPL and will keep you posted on progress!
