Wickersham Construction and Engineering Inc. is pleased to announce that Jeffrey R. Laney recently received his Professional Engineering license.

LANCASTER, PA—Wickersham Construction and Engineering, Inc.  is pleased to announce that Jeffrey R. Laney completed his course of study, EIT training period and testing to achieve the designation of Professional Engineer (PE).

Mr. Laney of Lebanon PA joined Wickersham Construction in October 1997 as a lead carpenter.   His commitment to craftsmanship, quality and leadership abilities resulted in rapid advancement including superintendent, estimator and project manager.  His knowledge includes a wide array of industries, construction materials, systems and processes.  His experience in the field gives him the understanding of practical and cost effective solutions for complex project issues.  Jeff has been a valuable asset to the success of many Wickersham projects.

Wickersham Construction is a commercial general contractor with diverse construction portfolio.   When the industrial and institutional sectors of the business slowed in 2008, Wickersham was able to capitalize on their ability to self-perform concrete, heavy piping and other trades for environmental projects.   Wickersham’s success in constructing environmental/treatment plant work has enabled them to remain viable in this sluggish economy.
